General Qualifications for Nurses

Minimum Employment Qualifications

• Position
• Employment Status
• Hospital Affiliation
• Unit Assignment
• Not under contract with a POEA-licensed recruitment agency
• Fluent English Communication with pleasing interpersonal skills
• Six (6) months experience prior to application

Nurse Applicants with CGFNS/NCLEX

• Atleast six (6) months experience in any of the above units anda total of two (2) years experiece before travelling to the US
• Able to undertake three (3) months NCLEX review while working and take the NCLEX exam with 4-6 months after being selected

Nurses who do not qualify

• Private Duty Nurses (PDN)
• Public Health Nurses (PHN)
• Company Industrial Nurses
• Clinic Nurses
• Psychiatric and Mental Nurses
• Out-patient
• Clinical Instructors
• MD-RNs
