Petition for the Re-take order for January 2008 Civil Engineering Exam
Despite the opposition from civil engineering examinees, Professional Regulation Commission(PRC) announces yesterday that re-take on January 12, 2008 will push through. The Civil Engineering Exam Re-take order was announced by the commission on November 26 after two examinees were caught cheating resulting to the nullification of the said test.
PRC insisted that the high grades of the examinees in two subjects were statistically impossible.
The examinees then presented a petition to disregard the ruling.In the dialogue held yesterday between Leonor Tripon-Rosero, Commisioner Chair and examinees’ lawyers headed by Jobert Pahilga, it was explained that if PRC approves the petition, those who will fail on the re-take test but passed the November exam will be able to obtain their license.
On the other hand, if PRC turned down the petition, students who will on January 12 and those who choose not to re-take would have to pass the next licensure exam.
The PRC was not yet decided on the petition submitted by the examinees.

please update always the result for us examineers to be informed,its hard for us instead of celebrating our christmas vacation but to study for the retake upcoming january 2008!!!
